      Avantages

      Amazing team. Management really easy to work with. Small, easy to have large impact. Compensation, perks, benefits, etc are hard to beat. Never asked to work overtime or on weekends.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to iterate around clients wants/needs, legacy codebase. Sometimes workload can seem a little daunting (small team, large problem domain). Lots of technical debt.

      Avantages

      Working at Wiredrive after working for a lot of crappy companies has been a very good eye opener to what a good company culture should be. Always trying to have the most positive and respectful outlook on developing a strong and competitive brand.

      Inconvénients

      There are growing pains as with any company, but that will just be something that fixes itself over time.There is nothing else I can really see as a con.

      Some growing pains Shifting technology from legacy to the new, cool stuff Lots of very big problems to solve with a small team
