      Avantages

      Great people to work with before company changes. Family environment and respect. Very flexible before and work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Culture and leadership changed when new management came in. Loyal, tenured, employees were forced out due to relocation and other organizational changes. Rigid changeover and high expectations with poor infrastructure to support growth.

      Great place to work. Great People and environment.

      Agree with the other cons that people wrote. Culture shift was not good. Very Poor HR.

      There really aren't any now Work at home Fridays...for now and for only a select few

      Inconvénients

      Poor Management HR that acts more like sales Eccentric business plan and balance sheet
