      - Buen balance entre vida personal y trabajo. - El ambiente es muy bueno, el equipo es cercano y siempre hay alguien dispuesto a dar una mano. - Los managers y team leads, son accesibles y realmente toman en cuenta tus ideas y sugerencias técnicas.

      Inconvénients

      Por ahora, en el tiempo que llevo trabajando, no he encontrado ningún punto negativo.

      Avantages

      - Company and owners treat employees really well. - Work environment is great. - Benefits are nice.

      Inconvénients

      - Company designs products mainly for South America which doesn't require the same level of excellence as the US. The products just were not a good fit for the US. - Company wants to break through to the US market but is not willing to invest in the necessary service and product changes.
