      Avantages

      I learned a lot. I was given a lot of responsibility.

      Inconvénients

      Fast paced, for better or worse. Often running in circles. Institutional clients can be bureaucratic and overbearing to the extent that architects can’t make mindful decisions. Doesn’t value the insight of young people.
