Not honest with employees about length of projects, ie: work only last a couple of months instead of year and half. Inquire and get it in writing. Pay was not commensurate with cost of living at project location and housing and food per diem were not provided. Again, inquire and get in writing. They exaggerate on benefits which were not provided. Inquire and get it in writing. They do not care about their employees, only care to get the job done and move on to the next with or without you at their discretion.
