Avantages
Open-minded and creative from the top down. Not a traditional, stuffy insurance agency - everyone's thoughts/input are welcomed immediately. We get to experience the positive (and very significant) results of our process with our clients on a regular basis, which is very fulfilling. The rest of the employees are all very kind, welcoming, and supporting. If you work hard and go above and beyond, it is noticed and definitely pays off. The founders and the company have really made an effort to support me in my personal life as much as my professional career.
Inconvénients
The processes and systems that we use can tend to change frequently. This was more noticeable a few years ago and things have settled into place a bit - but it definitely is helpful if you're willing to be adaptive. When I started a few years ago, there wasn't a very robust training process in place. New-hire training has definitely improved as well, but a self-starter and someone who takes initiative will definitely go farther, faster here.
