Inconvénients
Very high turn over rate of about 50% on the development team. I was told during the interview process that they "hardly every lose anyone" which turned out to no be true. The software is written in the most complicated way that management can imagine. I have never seen so much technical debt at one company. There is no room for anyone's opinion in any form. The manager will say how something needs to be done and he also picks the due date. The problem with every task you get is that they insist you do it in a way that makes no sense and takes 10x longer that it should. The deadlines being chosen by management is a cheap ploy to make people work overtime without pay. I was expected to work over 12 hours in a single day at least once per week and usually several times per week. In the end WTM is a software company but the highest level of management does not check in on the development team's management.
