I have been a proud employee at U.S. Career Institute since 2006, and I can say with confidence that this is an exceptional place to work. The leadership team has cultivated a culture of respect that is truly rare. They are honorable, fair, and treat employees not just as workers, but as valued partners in our shared mission. This creates a wonderfully positive and collaborative environment where colleagues genuinely like and support one another. We have fun, we work hard, and we all feel like we are part of a team that matters. Most importantly, that same level of respect is extended to our students. There is an immense sense of shared pride among all employees in the quality of the education we provide. We know we are the best at what we do, and that's driven by a deep-seated belief in helping our students build better futures. Inconvénients

Low pay, not inclusive, dishonest, unqualified, low class trash people in leadership roles, disorganized, bad curriculum management, discrimination, favoritism, unequal pay, very high turnover in every department.
