      Avantages

      West Ridge Academy is a good place to work at, it's very rewarding to help the struggling kids and be a part of their healing process.

      Inconvénients

      The hours are long with no breaks in between. Super irregular schedule makes it difficult to maintain a good sleep schedule.

      Avantages

      There’s something about working with troubled youth and knowing you’re contributing to their future.

      Inconvénients

      Too much drama with staff members. The staff is like family, which is good but the bad parts of family relationships are in play too and since you’re not really related it gets messy.
