      Great place to intern, everyone is awesome and you get to here a lot of cool stories and have a good time.

      Inconvénients

      If you want to become a firefighter it is a very competitive location.

      Benefits are amazing and the culture of the workplace.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is a little low, but benefits outweigh the con for most positions.

      Avantages

      The vast majority of people at West Metro are wonderful people and a very rewarding group to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Communication within and between certain departments was muddy at times. While this could mean a headache quite frequently it wasn't anything that couldn't be remedied with a little extra effort.
