Avantages
The company is very flexible with its working options. You can choose to work from home one day of your choice and every Friday, This gives you two days of remote work if you choose. The people are also very friendly and helpful, and at no point whatsoever have I felt as though anyone is being hostile to me. As a new employee and a recent entry into work I have never felt as though work is too much for me to ask questions. Although there are periods of crunch time, I still have plenty of time to learn and grow with each project I have worked on.
Inconvénients
You do not get much holiday, vacation or sick days. Vacation and sick time accrue at a rate of 3 hr and 1.5 hr per biweekly pay period, respectively. There are a total of 7 holidays per year, which is also rather low.
