Inconvénients
This is by far the least psychologically safe workplace I’ve experienced. In less than a year, I’ve had three different managers, which says everything about the instability. The company’s business model is unethical, relying on trends and marketing gimmicks that mislead customers. People get trapped in auto-renewals that are extremely hard to cancel—so much so that apps have been removed from app stores multiple times. The products themselves are just copies of competitors; internally, projects are literally labeled as “[competitor name] copy” which tells you all you need to know. Constant hiring and firing is the norm, and the current C-level team has little to no relevant experience. This is a sinking ship—look elsewhere.
