      Inconvénients

      1. Job Security is a concern especially if you don't perform. Don't expect second chances 2. Expect extended working hours if you are going to work in development or design teams 3. Small company with authoritative hierarchy

      Avantages

      If you want to work in the environment where you don't need to think about work outside office time, This is the great place. Just follow workflow and work as per your efficiency. Payment are on time and clear increment time to time. If this company commit anything regarding profile and packages to you they will do it.

      Inconvénients

      No cultural programs, No outdoor, no extra activities. No extra benefits. Don't expect any relation with bosses here. Only work and payment. Life will be bored here, if you take your work very seriously. Very Dry Environment.
