      None that outweigh the Cons

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment and they pretend to care about the employees but they don’t. Maybe once the CEO, COO and CIO are replaced they can get in better touch with reality rather than their own pockets.

      Avantages

      Consistent hours, pay is low but the job is easy.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management and operations care about protecting the company’s reputation over everything. Management was often abusive and HR reports did nothing but make matters worse. There is absolutely no accommodations for staff with unique needs and outside of work dynamics. You’re expected to commit yourself entirely to the business and put your life second to the needs of the branch.
