      salary starts from 10000 for fresher monday - saturday work sometimes sunday also expected No proper structure to work every development ,testing and deployment done by developers management is too harsh no work life balance

      This review completely looks fake. we don't have any freshers in our company also fresher salary will start from 15k to 18 k per month. None of the employees worked on Sunday. We have the second and fourth Saturday holidays. We have quality team outings and other employees benefits as well. We treat our employees as a family so don't try to post negatively on a platform like this. Talk to management and reveal your identity if you are an employee from webomindapps. Else we will treat this review as fake and report it to glassdoor

      We do not have any contractor working in our company for 4 year. We have only full time employment and best in market salary, Looks like you have posted here wrongly.

      1. Unlimited opportunities to switch skill when u want to upskill or cross skill. 2. Training are good and they push u towards upskilling. 3. It was good experience with work with team 4. Most importantly JOB SECURITY.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance varies depending on the project you will receive. Job security and culture is awesome.
