An impressive and united dev team. HR does a great job recruiting specialists, which is great for juniors who is starving for knowledge. It's very common to see an entire team having a happy hour after work. I've made a lot of true friends here.
Inconvénients
So many cons that is hard to put int here.
- very unprofessional managers. Clearly they don´t know what they are doing
- they don´t invest on innovation
- an severe and over controled employee work hour. You get a penalty if you get 15 min late or if you stay more than 15min at coffee.
