Avantages

Very good commissions for people that can close. It's a draw versus commission position though, so if you're not selling they'll let you go within weeks. The draw starts at $31,200 and increases as you meet certain sales goals. Decent benefits and fun working environment. Reputable company with great products.

Inconvénients

Not a great position for someone with a family, evening appointments can have you working quite late. The training can be quite brutal and stressful, you'll have tons of homework along with classroom time. Like with any outside sales position there is tons of driving involved, but they offer no milage reimbursement.

Inconvénients

No 401k match, PTO is used for all days out of the office, including sick days
