The managers are ready to hear your ideas and teammates are always down for a quick connect on anything. Support is equally distributed and everyone takes the initiative to uplift others when they can.

With the development of advancing technology and growing client relationships, there is so much information to absorb which can feel like a blessing and a curse most of the time. And with it comes the mountains of documentation for it or individual process that aren't fully on the page but instead passed down from person to person. So having a handle on everything you need to know can be quite a challenge.
