      A couple good people to work with in customer and carrier sales teams themselves Decent pay Great HR team but seem limited

      Management has an “inner-circle” structure No set promotional schedule - limited long-term growth Lackluster company culture Lack of structure via day to day operations

      Great company atmosphere with great people and easy going environment. Enjoyed my time here and really never had many issues.
