      Good marketing and relationship building

      Industry is in the dumps so no prospects Firm returns are terrible benchmarked across VC industry. Multiple scandals in portfolio damaging reputation. Saving grace is CEO knows how to tell stories well and change the narrative. Everyone is keeping an eye out for alternative job opportunities and simply staying because there are few other job prospects in VC now. We all know about it even if people do it secretly I don't care anymore. Fluff all the way

      Avantages

      The company was able to make a reputation for themselves. Working here could look good on your resume.

      Inconvénients

      Work culture is very political, you’ll find a lot of fake people, fake friends. You can avoid them though, just beware of trusting anyone and always be one step ahead!
