      Avantages

      Waterfront Toronto is creating great neighbourhoods, and public realm -- projects will change the face of Toronto. High profile organization in Toronto -- gets noted in the press frequently.

      Inconvénients

      A not for profit company -- executives get paid well but that's it. Very upper management and director level heavy.

      Avantages

      there are really interesting projects to work on here,. Always challenging work and something new to learn. The people are great.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes there are no precedents to follow as it is the first time a project is being carried out. Small department can make it challenging to bounce ideas around within your particular group.
