Avantages
Working for a cause is great, and you feel a sense of pride when things go well. The staff are some of the most dedicated and passionate people you will ever work next to.
Inconvénients
- Horrible management -- lack of diversity and transparency
- Disengaged CEO more concerned with herself and her pet projects than the well-being of her employees. ex: facilities with mold, leaking pipes, pest infestations which were left untreated
- No opportunities for growth
- No mentorship
- Reactionary vs proactive
- CEO is very proud of the fact that there is no work-life balance (frequently discusses this in senior staff meetings), including for the employees who get paid peanuts
- Pay is laughable
