      Avantages

      Plenty of opportunity for growth and the coworkers are great. Job security feels very comfortable. Fun company to work for and they take good care of the employees and are pretty good about scheduling out of office activities together.

      Inconvénients

      Heavy workload. Lots of work with many competing deadlines. High expectation to go above and beyond. Feels understaffed although they continue to make hires.

      Avantages

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
