      Avantages

      They try hard to keep people / workers happy.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately there's a silent barrier that excludes many. Failure to keep everyone happy. Trainers, supervisors and management seem to lack ability to do handle their responsibilities, they're stressed and take it out on staff. Staff aren't any better, they're secretive.
