      Work Life balance Decent benefits Lots of opportunities to go up the corp ladder if you are above average and politically savvy Most front line business units have hard working people

      Inconvénients

      Leadearship not strong, Poor professional growth - dont expect to learn anything radically different Too much politics Back end business units like Accounting, PMO not impressive at all - below average

      Avantages

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      pay was decent I guess

      Inconvénients

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
