      Avantages

      Big company equals big benefits like matching 401k, insurance, work comp, help desk, etc.

      Inconvénients

      What they giveth, they slowly take away -- no more time and half for holidays, no more sick days, never get breaks in pharmacy (other than lunch), no wealth trickles down (only BS), no transparency.

      pay was decent I guess

      Inconvénients

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
