      Locals are nuce. Feels good to be able to help customers who appreciate you.

      Inconvénients

      Everything is so hush hush. non management employees kept in dark. New changes hve been made to seem sneaky. Look out employees on the floor your are about to be smashed or the upper management would not be keeping so many secrets. What's really coming in the future.? Pay freeze for floor employees and max pay on jobs means you will never get decient raises ever again.

      Avantages

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      pay was decent I guess

      Inconvénients

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
