      Avantages

      People are generally kind and well-meaning, and you can earn a decent commission if you're good at what you do.

      Inconvénients

      There is a noticeable amount of change happening, and it seems like there is unfair treatment between teams and their respective leaders. If you happen to be one of the top salespeople in the "right" team, you receive special treatment not given to others. Unfortunately, it appears that other teams are not valued as highly, and the leadership team seems to be promoting a culture of favouritism. The leaders who cared about the company culture and values have all left, and no one seems to be invested in our growth anymore.

We're very sorry to hear your experience on our Sales Team has been negative, and you've felt less than compared to other teams. We agree that our leaders should value each and every team and individual at WP Engine, and even a perception to the contrary is unacceptable. We've worked hard to put together a plan for 2024 that we hope you'll see has our culture and values in mind to ensure we all grow and succeed together. If you feel comfortable doing so, we'd encourage you to reach out to your EE Business Partner or anybody on the Employee Experience team to share your concerns, as we don't want this to be anybody's experience working at WP Engine.

      Avantages

      Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

      Inconvénients

      Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

While we're glad you had an overall positive experience in regards to feeling supported by your manager, teammates, and feel Heather, our CEO is an amazing person. We agree! We are sorry to hear you didn't feel like there were opportunities for promotions.       Avantages

      -Fully remote so can work from home -Work/life balance is great, I never take work stress with me after I log off.

      Inconvénients

      -Management is unwilling to make changes at times, even when something can be optimized. -Some days can feel like you are overworked due to not enough staff to cover support queues
