      Amazing/talented staff, diverse culture, non-stressful environment, exceptional employers, matrix style workforce(reliable abilities across staff), a true collaborative(engineers, architects, landscape architect, interior designers), progressive, tech savvy, right size, able to tackle any size of job, great location, fair performance expectations, great firm history, consistent amount of work

      Inconvénients

      Name recognition, project recognition, narrow market focus but working hard to expand(very capable to expand)

      Avantages

      Steady and predictable workload due to ongoing government and county projects. Opportunity to work with a range of project types and collaborate with experienced teammates. Useful environment for gaining experience with public-sector processes and coordination.

      Inconvénients

      Scheduling can be challenging at times because multiple projects and priorities overlap. Limited structural engineering staffing occasionally created delays that affected project timelines. Communication and coordination practices could be refined to better align expectations across teams.
