Very imaginative, hard working staff.
Occasionally a brilliant mind or two within the product development teams.
Very good facilities in Lisbon.
Inconvénients
Awful facilities at the headquarters.
No sense of professional management whatsoever.
Completely egocentric management to cover own flaws and overall inferiority complex.
Total lack of respect for the Human Resources.
