      As pessoas são muito calorosas e receptivas. Fácil inclusão e ótima convivência... Além disso, há treinamentos internos para divulgação das politicas da empresa.

      Inconvénients

      Cobrança excessiva, salários abaixo da média para alguns cargos. Não há plano de carreira definido e, principalmente, lógica exata para promoções entre seus colaboradores.

      Avantages

      - Amazing (multi cultural) workers. - Great work environment. - Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) working days. - Okay management - Helpful coworkers. - They value employees that have worked there 10 plus years and so many have been there over 20 years. - Usually promote internally and will outsource if necessary only. - Great benefits. - Amazing training. - Very patient.

      Inconvénients

      - Very time consuming tasks. - Extensive knowledge of industrial measurement of pressure and heating products needed. - Very stressful. - Seniority is everything since people have worked there 10, 15 even 30 years before you. - Below average salary. - Very high email volume.
