      Avantages

      Good work life balance, nice colleagues, had a good culture at time of joining.

      Inconvénients

      Woeful and embarrassingly poor leadership at the top. Many org changes in recent times, I've lost count but I think it is 6 RIFs in past two years. Complete lack of feedback and evaluation with promotions based on who you cosy up to rather than any merit. Culture has tanked since the PE firm took over and the best people are leaving in their droves. A spectacular fall from grace. Would not recommend joining this firm.

      Inconvénients

      - Many projects lean towards program management, so you need to be active in the staffing process if you don't want to get siloed there - PE ownership may have changed things since I left
