      -A solid introduction to the media localisation industry—if you’re curious how things were done in the 1990s -You'll become surprisingly proficient at working around outdated systems (a great skill for time travel enthusiasts) -Friendly colleagues at your level who make the experience more bearable

      Inconvénients

      -Be ready to put your head down, smile politely and be micromanaged within an inch of your sanity -Long hours are a given and expected -Salaries that make you wonder if it’s 2025 or 2005 -Career progression depends less on talent and more on how well you play the loyalty game -Feedback is “welcomed,” filed away neatly, and never seen again
