HQ really badly located in the middle of nowhere. The management is out of control, there is no clear strategy at all and if there is, nobody knows it. The fast growth has left the company in utter mess and employees are running around like confused rabbits clueless about where the carrots are. They rely heavily on technology and innovation but they've outsourced that. This kind of outsourcing and acquisition strategies are a typical sign of incompetent management who instead of operational excellence try to get by using financial muscle, leaving the employees exasperated.
