That includes both cultural "feel" fit and goal-exceeding "production" fit. From the first day starting at VividCortex, the culture has been different. Including the tight-knit connection between sales and engineering, leadership's willingness to listen to product, industry & sales strategy suggestions, and the team's willingness to spend time getting new hires up to speed as quickly as possible. On-boarding new hires is a challenge as it is not a very structured process. This is pretty typical, status quo for rapidly growing startups. Other than that, nothing much to report on here.
