VividCortex has put the right people in the right positions and is very strategic in all hires. From senior leadership to entry-level positions, every person is a strong fit and willing to work hard. On-boarding new hires is a challenge as it is not a very structured process. This is pretty typical, status quo for rapidly growing startups. Other than that, nothing much to report on here.
