I have nothing negative to add about this company. Worked for them for 15 years before covid hit

The shifts are distributed in a fair way. Betty is really great at making sure the best person for the job is the person that is booked (which makes all of us work hard to represent the brands in the most effective way). The policies implemented by Visual Image Events are very clear. Every time an event is booked, we confirm via email. Each email has our full contract for any given event at the bottom of the email to make sure that everyone is on the same page. We all also have custom a log-in name and password for the website to check our schedules and any detail associated with our events (that way their is no confusion) The efficiency of the way our schedules are created makes our event run very smoothly. Time off is allowed whenever needed. If any last minute emergencies take place, their is an emergency hotline that we can call if need be. I have only needed to use the hotline a few times (in the 3 years that I have worked here) and everything was taken care perfectly).

I truly have no con's for this company. I have enjoyed my time with the company over the last three years. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested.
