Workloads are constantly overwhelming, with no consideration for burnout. You can raise concerns directly to management, including being honest about burnout or being overloaded, and it’s often brushed off or ignored Late requests and shifting priorities are the norm, making it impossible to have a plan for the day or keep things organized. Processes exist but rarely get followed.
