      Avantages

      Business model is good. Idea of product/service is good. Very young staff hired; majority are male and under 25yo. Extremely young culture.

      Inconvénients

      Management/Owner lacks empathy and management skills. Extremely high turnover of staff. Young culture often lacks maturity. Many staff depart due to bad culture.

      Not one iota of customer service, all about money and numbers.

      Avantages

      The people were the best thing about visual domain. A lot of very talented and hard working people. Really great place for junior people to learn the industry, but no career progression.

      Inconvénients

      Its insanely stressful - all the pressure gets put on the producers. Too much work for what a person should be expected to handle. Senior management don't care about the team.
