      good co-worker (not managers) pretty flexible work time

      Inconvénients

      Really low pay that is impossible to survive No Plan or proper management for future project Lack of future perspective Manager have no idea assignment and does not care about automation or make repetitive work more interesting. Compares two coworkers during work time.

      Management won't push you. People are so nice there.

      There is no mentor, and you have to learn from yourself.
