Avantages
Working here was great. Not a lot of companies allow you to show up in sweats, have almost weekly birthday celebrations for every employee, tons of team celebrations in general, and group lunch outings at least weekly. The company culture is excellent. Management is not overbearing and is extremely approachable and down to earth. Everyone who works here for the most part is very friendly, and the project managers are extremely dedicated to their work and are very kind people. The work that Visual Data does is very clearly outlined with realistic and clear goals, which makes it easy for everyone to be dedicated to their work and get things done. Highly recommended if rate of pay is not an important factor for you.
Inconvénients
The pay seems to be pretty low for everyone I've talked to who works there, but I suppose it is a fair trade off for a place that is truly enjoyable to work at.
