I'll be the first to admit we don't do it perfectly, but it sounds like you knew our intentions were always to see you grow personally and in your relationships with others. So happy to hear you had a great experience here at VVR, and thanks for your service. We strive to make it a great culture to work and live in, and the reality is that it is the staff who have the most impact on the atmosphere here. Our location is 30 minutes from Steamboat Springs, but probably feels like it is a lot further than that. I watched the news last night, and, frankly, I wish we were further away.... :) Seriously, thanks for taking the time to write down your thoughts. Ben
