      Avantages

      At VisionSpark there is a lot of autonomy and flexibility. Leadership trusts the employees and the employees are empowered. We have a strong team environment and work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      As with any small business, the opportunities to be promoted are limited; however, VisionSpark balances this out well with supporting employee's desires to grow through cross training opportunities and further education.

      Avantages

      None really. Just a run of the mill recruiter.

      Inconvénients

      Uses canned questions to screen candidates. Not much difference between Vision Spark and other recruiting agencies. No opportunity for the candidate to get a flavor of the company because the candidate is answering "What is your management style?" questions.
