      The employees get along well

      Inconvénients

      Everything ,partners will overload you with work and give no direction. Promises are made to employees by management and never followed through. Employees are treated terrible by the partners. I Havent worked tax season to judge the hours.

      - depends on your view, but very fast-paced - depends on your view, but nothing is handed to you - you must have self-motivation. - training materials can be expanded - long tax season hours (ANY CPA firm has this)
