      Avantages

      The BEST part is working with some of the most amazing and inspiring people. Some days don't even feel like work!

      Inconvénients

      The management With the exception of one or two incredible leaders (which sadly just isn't enough), the management will be the sole reason this company does not expand to its fullest potential. The owner gets in his own way and it is is rare that he actually allows the professionals he's hired to do their job.

      Avantages

      Terrific company. Family owned, creative, and professional. Flexible hours, great people, and opportunities for growth. VDSLA has made a name for itself in Long Beach and across the country.

      Inconvénients

      None. This is a terrific company and I have no negative input. I was with the company for 11 years.

      Avantages

      The people and talent at Vision are amazing. Such great and passionate designers, developers, analysts, etc. The layout is open and it can be a fun place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership has no clear direction, which leaves the agency and individuals little room for growth. Everyone seems to absolutely hate their job, including upper management...so it often becomes a toxic complaint fest. It can be a good place to begin your career to get a little experience, but definitely not a growth company. You also get cut short on benefits. No 401k, but they try and mask it with a "profit share program" which is complete BS.
