      Great product, and development team

      Inconvénients

      Very cliquey Lack of a clearly defined strategy means management are always focusing on short-term goals Little to no follow-up of existing customers means that the churn rate on existing customers is around 80% Due to the points outlined above, even after 6 years the company is still not profitable

      Avantages

      A growing company that is well positioned for growth within several verticals. Software is continuously being developed and updated. Nice and hard working employees who put in the effort needed.

      Inconvénients

      Needs a little better communication from management about the exciting prospects of the company.

      Avantages

      I loved my summer internship with VirtualWorks because they engaged me like no other company has before. Even though I was only an intern, I was invited to several sales meetings, team meetings, and various events. This was incredible as I learned more during my time with VirtualWorks than a full semester at school. The team was very hands on and management was very respectful to everyone as they wanted to empower every employee and intern.

      Inconvénients

      None that I could think of.
