      Avantages

      Real startup feel with a great team that is moving in the same direction. Lots of interest and growth opportunities. Good pay with big upside potential. Real depth of expertise in AI and government customers. Amazing healthcare coverage.

      Inconvénients

      Startup culture is not for everyone. No 401k matching. Much of the team geographically dispersed which leads to some long days.

      Avantages

      Nice little "start-up" that's been in the game for a few years, experiencing newly acquired growth and an AI focus. Fair compensation, good benefits, intelligent coworkers, reasonable expectations

      Inconvénients

      no 401k matching Can be high stress and high delivery at times because a lot of your coworkers are going to be driven

      Avantages

      Very flexible and the people are nice. Allows for a good work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      They will give you no warning whatsoever if they are going to let you go. For example, they will tell you that it was a "reallocation of resources" but then rest of the team it was for "performance reasons" and that you should have "seen it coming". So enjoy it while it lasts, but don't expect it to last too long.
