      Avantages

      Unlimited PTO, Great team, good product, love the mission. Company seems to have turned the corner and is stronger across the board.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours sometimes, too little in person since Covid, had a rough patch last year when more business than we could handle came in while dealing with difficult hiring environment.

      Avantages

      Remote culture, smart people, good set of development tools.

      Inconvénients

      Poor senior management, consistent miscommunication, inefficiency across multiple departments, lack of empathy, burned out employees, less than 50% of bonuses paid YOY.
