Very casual work environment. Management will let you work without bothering you as long as you are professional and get your work done. I enjoyed learning about e-commerce and customer service. There is a small family feel that you won't find at a corporate job.
Inconvénients
It gets a bit cold and hot depending on the time of year. I was pulled off of jobs to work on more pressing projects. This can be a bit frustrating for people who don't like change.
The atmosphere is very casual. I wore a tee shirt and shorts most days. Management takes good care of employees and everyone was treated fairly during my tenure. As a former employee, I am pretty certain that the two 1 star ratings were left by one particular disgruntled ex-employee. His views are not shared by others on the staff.
