      Avantages

      Virginia Tech gives good benefits and is a nice place to work.

      Inconvénients

      The salary was very low for a person who had more than 5 yrs experience after completion of a doctoral degree.

      Avantages

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
